The main idea of that challenge is me being under control. I am setting the goal of the 10 days of doing the 20 minutes workouts and 20 minutes of writing in English every day.
The first day of the challenge is on the 16th of August 2021. I am going to give an update on what was done daily.
Day 1
Started with 20 minutes of exercising. I have done 30 situps, 30 long steps, stretching, 6 push-ups, 4 minutes on a cross trainer.
For the learning part: I managed to partially complete the Writing task 1. I made 14 grammar mistakes that only two I would possibly correct myself. Task took me 35 minutes to write and I print only 118 words out of 150 needed. I spent a lot of time searching for synonyms.
Additionally, I do 30 minutes exercising per day to improve my printing skills. At the moment my speed is only 16-17 words per minute. It is twice less than the average.
Day 2
Keep fit part: I did 3 exercises for abdominal muscles. Those exercises were prescribed by the physician for repairing my diastasis recti. They are consist of 3 sets of 5 repetitions each. Also, I made 5 minutes of stretching and 5 minutes on the rowing machine. I ended the 25 minutes of morning gym with 30 sit-ups and 30 long steps.
The typing took more time today as I tried a new website for typing practice. I spent around 40 minutes typing exercising.
Unfortunately, I did not have any time to practice IELTS Writing on day 2.
Day 3
The day has started with health complications. Because of that, I could not exercise today. The only thing I did was stretching for 10 minutes.
For the learning part: I managed to start with Writing task 2. It took me 20 minutes to complete the planning and the first paragraph; which include around 100 words. A hundred words seem too much for one paragraph, so I have to do it differently.
Typing was harder this time. Speed decreased and the amount of mistakes got higher.
Day 4
To begin I did stretching, 10 sit-ups, 10 long steps, and abdominal muscles parts for 15 minutes. Probably, I may continue later.
